REFUND POLICY

At The Garden DC we provide store credit for your returned item(s)

RETURN POLICY

Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date stated on y our receipt.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 

  1. The product was purchased within the last 14 days.
  2. The product is unopened, in its original packaging. 
  3. All items are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges. 
  4. Must have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from The Garden DC. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. 

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
